Recently, I paid a visit to M Seven Cafe as there was 50% off their entire menu so obviously, it was a good time to go.
It has a very casual concept, where you sit down and browse through the menu first. After you’ve made your choice, you’ll head down to the counter, mention your table number and make your order.
They have a very wide variety of mains like All Day Breakfasts, Germans Rostis, Burgers, Pastas, Rice and Salads (see menu below). The prices here are very affordable, from Burgers, Pastas, Rice and Salad that all cost less than $10 to Truffle Fries that are only $8?
Looking over at other tables, I decided to try the Chicken Cheesy Sausage Rosti as it looked really good. However, I was a little disappointed as it was over burnt and also very soggy. The Rostis at Marche are better and tastier, hands down, but you can’t really compare as this was only $5 and Marche’s is probably 3 times the price? For $5 (because of the 50% discount), I would definitely say this is worth the price.
The Chicken Cheesy Sausage was like any other sausage with cheese bursting out as you cut it and the Sunny Side Up was a nice addition.
A Salmon Carbonara also sounded really tempting and that point in time but it was also a letdown. It was quite bland and I didn’t really like the texture of the spaghetti. The salmon was also a bit overdone and didn’t have much seasoning, but then again, for $5, you shouldn’t expect much.

I was really looking forward to the Baked Mac & Cheese because who doesn’t like mac and who doesn’t love cheese? I was quite shocked as the Macaroni they used was the biggest I’ve ever seen in a mac and cheese, not in a bad way. However, there were a few slices of chicken ham inside and the cream sauce was again too bland, similar to the Carbonara. There wasn’t a lot of cheese on top so it wasn’t as gooey as I thought it would be, but it is still a good amount for $4.50.
