April’s Bakery: Famous Pies from Thailand

The famous April’s Bakery Pie from Thailand has opened its 3rd and newest outlet in Singapore at Chinatown Point, after their Tampines and One Raffles Place outlet. Currently, they have more than 60 branches in Thailand.

Be greeted with a wide variety of pie flavours that are freshly made every day. All of their pies are free from butter, milk and preservatives, which is certainly a plus point.

April's Bakery PiesThe brains behind April’s Bakery have come up with new savoury flavours that you have to try – Vegetarian Barbecue and Shitake Mushroom. What’s more? If you’re a Vegan, fret not because these 2 new flavours are vegan (egg, milk & butter free)! Along with 4 other vegan flavours – Red Bean, Black Sesame, Taro with Ginkgo, and Coconut.

April's Bakery PiesBesides their new flavours, they have the classic sweet flavours like Taro with Ginkgo, Thai Milk Tea, Black Sesame and Purple Sweet Potato (top to bottom). The Taro with Ginkgo is their most popular flavour, but I would too recommend the purple sweet potato too. Surprisingly, their pies aren’t that sweet either!

At an affordable price of $2, their pies are a great treat for yourself for tea break or even for breakfast! I recommend having them when it’s hot and fresh, or if you bring them home, just pop them in the microwave for about 15 to 20 seconds. Both their new flavours, Vegetarian Barbecue & Shitake Mushroom, and Durian sells for $3 each.

img_5883For the month of November, they are having a Buy 4 Get 1 Free sale for all their pie flavours. Choose from a whole variety of flavours like the ones mentioned above and many others like Coconut, Red Bean, Custard and Pumpkin.
