For those who didn’t know, Artisan Boulangerie Co. (ABC) is a homegrown brand that started in 2013 as a small bakery serving only bread, pastries and morning treats. Now, ABC has 8 stores in Singapore serving Bread, Morning Pastries, All Day Breakfast and Brunch, Sandwiches, Pies and Quiches, Salads and Soups, Signatures and Pastas, Tarts, Eclairs and Cakes.

Gotta love the Egg & Avocado Open Face, a brunch classic that allows you to choose from 2 poached or 2 scrambled eggs. Placed on the 2 slices of toasted sourdough bread with 2 slices of bacon, sautéed mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and avocado slices, it is my definition of an ideal breakfast 🥑

Another brunch classic you might want to try is the Bacon & Egg Brekkie Burger. It is basically what it is named, 2 eggs and 3 slices of bacon served in a homemade brioche bun. Comes with a side of 2 hash browns and tomato relish, this is a safe option for brunch.

This was easily one of the best salads I’ve had and some might know I hate salads but this one, I would lick the plate clean. The Superfood Kale Salad was not only vegetarian but also a gluten-free option.
The first thing I loved about the salad was the lemon dressing which was so light and perfect for the lettuce and kale. The apple, cherry tomatoes, edamame and pecans added a crunch to every bite and tbh I’m a little biased because I love cranberries and pecans. Together with feta cheese, this salad was too enjoyable. If I could change one thing, was that they should put more of that lemon dressing.
Feel free to add on meat options like Salmon Fillet ($6), Grilled Chicken ($4), or Half Avocado ($4).Price: $12

If you’re craving for a sandwich, the Chicken & Avocado Panini was a pretty healthy option. Chunks of roast chicken breast with mayo, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and avocado was sandwiched between the freshly baked panini. Not something that I would crave for though, as it was a pretty ordinary sandwich.

Looking for something heavier? The Roast Chicken Breast is a chef’s recommendation and also a healthier option. The chicken was marinated with wholegrain mustard seeds, however, a tad too dry for my liking. It was served with sauteed potato wedges, caramelised onions, cherry tomatoes and green beans.
