The COMMONS at Bangkok is a really popular place that both locals and tourists visit to just eat and chill. There were students studying here, people who brought their pets to chill, and tourists who were here to try the food and drinks like us. This place has a lot of indoor and outdoor sitting space and I would recommend just sitting outside to enjoy the vibes.
We went to Dolly Churros which is located near the entrance at level 1. They are serving churros in different ways like coated, with ice cream and even in bingsoos!
The first one the owner recommended us to try was their Churros Sundae which was 2 scoops of your chosen ice cream, a long U shaped churro and whip cream! We got the Oreo Churros Sundae which had oreo bits in it. I really enjoyed their churros which were really crisp yet still fluffy inside. The cinnamon sugar coating the churro was perfect too and the Chocolate Chip Ice Cream we chose gave it a cold and refreshing touch.

Another one we got was under the “Special Churros” section – the Churro Cupcake was made out of short churros and then the centre of the cup was filled with cream cheese, followed by strawberry sauce drizzled on top. If you are ordering this, I recommend you to ask for less of the strawberry sauce or eat it quickly or ask for the sauce to be put separately. The churros sucked up a lot of the sauce and made it quite soggy and a lil too sweet at the bottom. However, I really like the concept of this one as since the churros are like fun size, they were really easy to eat if you’re having it to go.

You can get a refreshing drink here too and the Lemonade Rosie was a great choice. Since the churro desserts are pretty sweet already, this would be great as it is a lighter choice.
