Eugene & I made our own instant Ichiran Ramen the other day and we plated it ourselves after 😌 His was the first pic and mine was the second (I know his looks prettier but mine got the open egg yolk ok).
THEY WERE SO GOOD the noodles weren’t instant-y at all and the pork broth was really on point, loved it 10/10.
